Gorgeous Flo is home

Flo has settled in well and has a new best buddy, Jack, to play with and cuddle. :throb: She is doing really well with the resident cats so far too.

Thanks to Lucy for fostering Flo and giving her a great new start :throb:

Be happy baby Flo!

Hi all, Im Flo's Mum ! Just wanted to say thanks for all the amazing well wishes - Im overwhelmed ! She is a dream ! I cant believe she's settled so well after all she's been through ! She met Hollycat in the livingroom today and again, no issues. Hollycat is 16, a very cocky cat and very dog friendly. Her, Jack and Flo just sat sharing chicken and it was amazing to see. She's met Chica who's 15, and a bit of a weirdo ! She's either all over you or rubbers you (typical I guess ha ha ) well, wee Weirdo cat was purring and showing off through the baby gate on Sunday, the day Flo came here ! Ive even managed to open the gate now (supervised) and she continues to purr, and last night they were about 10 inches from each other eating chicken - again Flo was not fazed ! Her and Jack, well they're like an old married couple already and often go into our room for a wrestle on our bed ha ha ha. All in all, we're delighted with the progress in such a short time. Adopting again was a major issue for me, we got Jack from DT Glasgow almost 3 years ago, and with the cats being so old I thought I would be chancing my luck having another dog..... Thanks to all the amazing support from Jackie, Jane and Katie who have all taken care of me really well (and not moaned at all at all my persistant texts wondering how Flo was in foster etc ) well, that wee dream was possible !!!! Lucy who was fostering Flo has been fantastic too ! She helped with a lot of my worries, and gave me a great insight to what wee Flo is all about, I cant thank her enough ! Finally (this is like the Oscars) my lovely pal Fiona Simpson -THANK YOU for posting Flo's lovely wee face on FB, and being there through all the texts/phone calls and important 1st meet last week - at the drop of a hat I must add ! Fiona knows my Jack, and the cat situation and she was a fantastic help !!! So, I'll keep you all regularly updated with pics etc.

Before I go... I'd love to know more about Flo's "story" as everyone I meet/speak to keeps asking so if anyone knows anything, I'd love to hear. Thanks so much again, you're a lovely bunch :-) x
