    Rocky

Sex: - MaleAge: - 10/12/2013Breed: - Greyhound Colour: - BlackChildren: - OlderCats: - NoSmall dogs: - With careful introductionsLarge dogs: - Yes Housetrained: - YesSpayed/neutered: - Yes Young Rocky is proving to be quite character in his foster home, he is fully crate trained and currently lives in a flat in the city centre and is proving to be good at adapting to new situations. Rocky would be able to live as an only dog as even though he is being fostered with one other hound he isn't too fussed about her. He does have quite a high prey drive and needs more positive exposure to smaller dogs to help his reactions toward them which is a total achievable goal.If you have room in your home and your hearts for ?? please visit our websitehttps://www.scottishgreyhoundsanctuary.org where you can complete an online application form or you can email us at info@scottishgreyhoundsanctuary.com or phone us on 08456439335

    Beau

Well this guy didnt even make it to the homeless dog section, he came into kennels with Michelle and was identified for a foster home with a lady who has adopted form us before. He went up to East Lothian and that was that, he fitted in so well everyone felt he just had to stay. Congratulations Beau on your lovely new home.

  20. Anyone help here please? there are younger people and 2 cats and a younger lurcher girl ! I'm sure cats could be made safe for HC though!
  21. Anyone help here please? Other pets or people and would love a dog to visit too at homecheck
  22. Thanks Jax I don;t drive logn distances ie only locally so I could only take the banner by cab, which would not be a problem.
  23. What we’ve done in the past is have the “coordinator” come at the start then go home and come back at the end to take the money we’ve collected, it breaks it up and means no one is there for the whole day. Volunteers do time slots of a few hours each, it’s too much for the dogs (if they bring one) and the humans to be there all day.
  24. Yeah it would be best got a minimum of 2 or maybe 3
  25. I could help but could not take it all on by myself. I cannot stand for long periods so being around all day would not be possible. I wonder if there were two people at a minimum, including myself, willing to help on this it would be better anyway? A bit like job share! After all, putting it all on one person means that if they are suddenly unable to be there, the whole event may be compromised. So if anyone else on here from Edinburgh is willing to share the burden, PM me.
  26. @Leslies just in case you were interested?
